You can reach us Monday to Saturday from 7am to 7pm, and Sundays by appointment. If you call outside those hours, leave a message or use the online form and we'll get straight back to you the next working day.
We aim to respond to every enquiry within a few business hours, and same day for anything sent before mid-afternoon on a weekday. For urgent or last-minute moves, call us directly and we'll do our best to help on the spot.
It helps to know your pickup and delivery suburbs, your rough move date, and a list of the main rooms or large items. A quick phone video of your home is the fastest way for us to give you an accurate fixed price.
Yes. Most of our Sydney to Melbourne quotes are done remotely from your inventory and a short video walkthrough, so you don't need to book an in-home visit. We can still arrange one for larger homes or tricky access if you'd prefer.
Yes. Once we understand your inventory and access, we lock in one flat price. As long as what we move matches what you told us, the number you're quoted is the number you pay.
Two to three weeks is ideal for interstate moves, especially around the end of the month. We can often help with shorter notice, but earlier booking means more choice of dates and better pricing.
